During the length of my career I have experienced quite a few injuries. Recently the my knees began giving me significant difficulty. The discomfort prevented me from using the heavy weights necessary to build and maintain muscle. My wife introduced me to the GLC formula and within a few weeks the discomfort completely subsided.
