All delivery time estimates are subject to stock availability and receiving your order by midday. Orders placed after midday will be processed next working day. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and bank holidays.

Please be aware that due to the volume of parcels around bank holidays, in particular, Christmas, parcels may be delayed by our couriers.

If for any reason we expect that your order will not arrive within the specified times, we will e-mail or call you shortly after receiving your order. It is therefore very important for you to provide a valid e-mail address and contact number that we can get hold of you on. Please be sure to check your e-mails and phone messages shortly after placing the order in case we need to contact you.

If an order is returned to us due to customer error (failure to take delivery of the order or arrange a collection/redelivery or incorrect address) then a re-shipping fee is applicable. This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item. A refund of the item minus our shipping costs can be provided as an alternative, but if the error is ours, the item will, of course, be re-shipped at our cost.

Finally, we accept that unfortunately there may sometimes be occasions when, for some reason, there is a problem with delivery. It may arrive late; it may arrive damaged; it may not arrive at all. In any of these cases, we will endeavour to ensure that a replacement is arranged with the absolute minimum of fuss for you, and that you get a full refund for any postage you have paid.

Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be charged for collection on their behalf.

Whilst we do try to keep all our info pages polite and friendly, for legal reasons brought about by a minority of our customers, we do need to state that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. In no way can GLC2000 UK or DPD, DHL or Royal Mail be held liable for failed deliveries unless either of those parties has been negligent in their duty to deliver.

So you receive your order as quickly as possible we ask that you run through these 3 simple steps before getting in touch:


1. Don’t panic.. The above estimates are guidelines only, so there’s every likelihood that your order will be with you very shortly.

2. Check you order confirmation to ensure your delivery address full and correct (inc post code). If not, this may slow your delivery time but over 99% of the time your order will still reach you.

If your delivery address is your work address please check with other members of staff.

3. If your delivery address is correct we ask you check with your local post office and neighbours. Sometimes it appears that there has been no delivery attempted – often this is just a rushed delivery person who has forgotten to put a note through your door.

Please make sure that you have gone through all of these steps before emailing us at info@glc2000.co.uk as this is the checklist our customer service team will run through with you.

Please be aware that GLC2000 UK use professional external delivery companies (Royal Mail, DPD, DHL etc) to ensure your order is delivered efficiently. Once these companies have taken control of your order we are unable to find out any extra tracking information than displayed in your order tracking details.
