User Generated Content Terms & Conditions

We love your User Content and know that others will benefit from seeing it on our websites, social media channels, partners’ websites, and other forms of media.

You may choose to provide us with your own original content such as personal photographs, videos, product reviews, comments, text, audio/visual recordings, images, and/or other materials (“User Content”). Provided that your User Content complies with these Terms and Conditions and GLC2000 UK LTD’s Privacy Policy (https://glc2000.co.uk/privacy/), GLC2000 UK LTD welcomes you to submit your User Content to us, via our Sites or other means we may permit. GLC2000 UK LTD and/or its partners may also reach out to you through email, apps, social media, or other means to request the use of User Content you have published elsewhere and/or not submitted directly to GLC2000 UK LTD. By submitting your User Content to us, including via our Sites, or by otherwise allowing GLC2000 UK LTD to use your User Content, you are agreeing to the following:

1. Grant of Rights: You grant to GLC2000 UK LTD and its partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable right to use, market, and promote your User Content in any manner or media now known or later developed, for any purpose. This includes, without limitation, the rights to reproduce, display, publish, perform, translate, transmit, broadcast, modify, adapt, alter, distribute, present, commercialize, create derivative works from your User Content, and exercise all intellectual property and other rights with respect to your User Content. This may be done with or without your name (whether your legal name or your username on the applicable platform), including, without limitation, in advertising and promotion of GLC2000 UK LTD and its products and/or services.

   You also agree that:

   • This grant of rights is voluntary and revocable. You have the right to withdraw your consent for future use of your User Content by contacting us at info@glc2000.co.uk. Upon receiving your request, we will cease using your User Content in new materials. Previously published materials may continue to feature your User Content if removal is not feasible.
2. Ownership and Warranties: You represent and warrant that:
   • Your User Content is your own original work, and you have the right to grant the permissions set forth in these Terms.
   • You have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions from any third parties involved in the creation of the User Content.

You have rights under UK GDPR, including access, rectification, deletion, and objection to processing.
4. Prohibited Content: You agree that your User Content will not:
   • Include content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, slanderous, or illegal.
   • Include commercial or political solicitations or messages.
   • Include content that infringes on intellectual property or violates privacy or publicity rights.
   • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
   • Include viruses or content designed to harm others or property.
   • Suggest sponsorship or endorsement by GLC2000 UK LTD unless explicitly agreed.
5. Compliance with Advertising Standards: You agree to comply with UK advertising laws and the CAP Code (UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising), ensuring transparency in any promotional content related to GLC2000. Any material connection with GLC2000 (e.g., incentives or compensation) must be disclosed.
