To do this, first you should contact us by telephone on 01985 844613 or by email at email@example.com, so that we can give you information on how to return your products. The item(s) must be received by GLC2000 UK Limited with 30 days of you receiving your order.
We will give a full refund or exchange for the items provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unused and intact. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, unless the product is found to be defective.

You should include a note stating your order number, name, address and telephone number, and the reason for your return. You should also state whether you require a refund or replacement.
