‘Its true what they say, you get what you pay for’
A year or so ago I had some ongoing discomfort in my knee and took some cheap glucosamine tablets that I got from a supermarket. They had literally no effect. This pretty much made my mind up that joint supplements were pointless.
Recently I started to struggle with lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) caused mainly by heavy cleans, overhead work and high rep pull ups. I was forced to cut my training right down. A coach at crossfit coventry recommended GLC2000, which I ignored at first. After trying to fix the problem myself, doing soft tissue release in the forearm and mobility in the wrist and elbow I took the plunge and invested in some GLC2000.
Its true what they say, you get what you pay for.
After two days I was able to do overhead work again, with little discomfort and within two weeks I was pretty much healed! Granted I was doing other remedial work too but I am 100% sure that these tablets made a huge difference!
I am now able to hit heavy overhead work and pulling exercises again without any pain at all. I also completed Tommy v which is a couplet of thrusters and rope climbs without any elbow issues at all, this was just over two weeks after starting a course of GLC2000!
I would highly recommend GLC2000 to be taken alongside dedicated mobility and soft tissue work to get you back to having and maintaining pain free joints.
Great product, I will certainly continue to use it in the future.
