Regularly missing servings is not ideal, as research has been done to ensure best results. But missing the occasional serving shouldn’t affect things too much.
We do not recommend on ‘catching up’ on servings you’ve missed.
If you are finding yourself regularly forgetting to take your GLC2000 we recommend trying to build its use into your routine. It is best to take GLC2000 with food so perhaps try putting it where you eat your meals.
