7 Lessons I Learned From Training Through Injury
(and What Finally Helped)

Last year a sharp, stabbing pain in my knee during an iron man turned into months of swelling, discomfort and frustration.
The MRI showed a meniscus tear, cartilage damage and the early onset of arthritis.
For the first time, I couldn’t train the way I wanted.
I thought the sport I loved was slipping away.
No one tells you how hard it is to be injured – not just physically, but mentally.
Here’s what I learned in that dark stretch, and what finally got me back on track:

1. Rest doesn’t always heal you
I took 3 months off. But even light runs caused pain. Turns out, rest without the right support just delays the problem.

2. Pain doesn’t just hurt – it hijacks your life
No training meant no outlet. I was short with my family. My stress skyrocketed. I didn’t feel like myself anymore.

3. A diagnosis isn’t a life sentence
Cartilage loss. Arthritis. It all sounded so final – but they’re not. I found with the right support, improvement is possible. And fast. I’m living proof.

4. Not all supplements are created equal
I did my research – thoroughly.
GLC2000 stood out because it wasn’t just another supplement loaded with average ingredients, fillers and vague promises.
It had the full clinical doses based on bodyweight that I was looking for.
A broad-spectrum formula designed for real long lasting absorption – not just label claims.
And it’s batch-tested for purity and strength, with Informed Sport certification – so I knew it was safe, even at the highest level of competition.
This wasn’t marketing fluff.
It was a supplement built for serious athletes – and it worked.

5. Skeptical? So was I
I wasn’t chasing a quick fix.
Years of hard racing had left their mark – cartilage loss, early arthritis, wear and tear that wasn’t going to vanish overnight.
But I’d done my research.
GLC2000 looked different. The dosages were right. And the customer stories spoke for themselves.
So I committed – three tubs. Six months’ worth.
I told myself: give it time. Stick with it.
I didn’t expect anything dramatic.
But by week six, things changed.
The swelling eased. The pain subsided. I was running again – with intensity, with freedom.
That was the turning point.
GLC2000 didn’t just help. It made full training possible again.

6. Mindset matters more than medals
You don’t need to win a race to win back your power. I chose to be proactive instead of passive and that changed everything.

7. Progress feels better than perfection
I’m not 100% and I might never be again.
But I’m 95%. But that’s enough to train, compete and feel like me again.
If you’re feeling stuck or sidelined this is your sign:
You’re not done. You’re just not fully supported yet.
GLC2000 helped me find my way back.
It can help you to:
You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain
